Release 2.23.0

This update introduces a new feature to the DropFile component; now filenames are displayed when they are uploaded. This provides a user-friendly way to view the file being managed. Additionally, some styling adjustments were made to accommodate this new addition.

+Au début de l'histoire de Chill, les schémas postgresql n'étaient pas exploités. Les données étaient stockées dans le schéma :code:`public`.

+Par la suite, des nouveaux bundles sont apparus, et les tables ont été classées dans des schémas dédiés.

En effet, il est possible que des usagers "appartiennent" à un ménage sans y être domicilié: c'est le cas, par exemple, des enfants en garde alternée.
