Julien Fastré 3b8984eec5 Add AuditDumpRequestHandler to process audit dump requests and ensure transactional consistency 
- Introduced `AuditDumpRequestHandler` to handle `AuditDumpRequestMessage` with transactional safety.
- Added custom exceptions `AuditDumpTooMuchLines` and `AuditDumpAlreadyGeneratedException` for enhanced error reporting during processing.
- Created unit tests in `AuditDumpRequestHandlerTest` to validate normal processing, exception handling, and edge cases.
- Implemented locking mechanism and state management for `StoredObject` while processing requests.

Main Chill Bundles and Chill framework

Chill is a software for social workers. It allows them to keep track of the social work they do.

Installation

Chill-bundles is a set of bundles that should be used within a Symfony application.

A symfony application will help you to customize all the configuration options, change the behaviour of some parts of the usual-way that chill works, … without to have to fork this repository !

See the instructions in the docs.

Those instructions are also built online.
