Julien Fastré	6db36d5ab6	Remove ChillEventBundle and refactor framework.yaml configurations ... This commit involves the deletion of ChillEventBundle from the bundles configuration. Additionally, test framework configurations are handled in a consolidated manner by moving assets configurations (json_manifest_path) from test/framework.yaml to framework.yaml.
