Julien Fastré	fe6b4848e6	Implement workflow handlers for stored objects ... Added new interface, EntityWorkflowWithStoredObjectHandlerInterface, which provides methods to handle workflows associated with stored objects. Two classes, AccompanyingPeriodWorkEvaluationDocumentWorkflowHandler and AccompanyingCourseDocumentWorkflowHandler, have been updated to implement this new interface.
