Two new routes: * `GET /{_locale}/person/api/1.0/accompanying-course/{parcours_id}/show.json`: get a json representation for a course * `POST /{_locale}/person/api/1.0/accompanying-course/{parcours_id}/participation.json`: add a particitipation to course.
