The patch also adjusted the serializer groups of various attributes of StoredObject from "read, write" to "write". This change has been reflected in the ChillMainExtension and ChillPersonExtension files. Replaced most of the invocations of getDoctrine()->getManager() with ManagerRegistry->getManager(), and added ManagerRegistry injection to controllers where needed.
