The DataTransformerFilterInterface has been renamed to DataTransformerInterface to reflect expanded functionality. Now, this interface can be implemented not only by @see{FilterInterface}, but also by @see{AggregatorInterface}. This included separating out the download script into its own file for better organization, removing globally-scoped JavaScript, and adding the new download script as a webpack entry point.
