Update of the osmbe style #1

The osmbe style was successfully updated from the gravitystorm repo here : https://github.com/osmbe/openstreetmap-carto-be/tree/v6.0.0. But it hasn't be tested.

I cannot use it since the osm-tile-server repo is not ready for it: osm2pgsql need to import the data in mode flex but is not ready.

And so in this last update (september 26), the new style was not used.
