14dba22181 wip: enable moving documents to evaluations 
- Add `AccompanyingPeriodWorkEvaluationDocumentMoveController` for move functionality
- Update `DocumentsList.vue` to emit move event
- Adjust `FormEvaluation.vue` to handle move action
